My background also includes government advocacy and public policy, grant strategy and development, organizational capacity building, and translating complex funding and regulatory requirements into practical strategies organizations can actually implement.
I hold a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences & Humanities. I’m also a Trauma-Informed Specialist and National Training Institute (NTI) Tier 2 Trainer specializing in LGBTQ+ & Belonging and Racial Equity.
